The following are the membership registration instructions for

• Sponsors of players
• Players after their sponsor has registered them

Sponsors register the player, either by paying by credit card for private sponsorships, or providing details so that HFNC can issue a Tax Invoice when the player is sponsored by a business.

The Player then updates their profile with a few other details HFNC need, for example, if the player needs a HFNC Membership Card.

Sponsor Instructions

To be able to register your sponsored player, you will need the following information from them:

• Player's First Name
• Player's Last Name
• Player's Email address

That will be used for the First Name, Last Name and Contact Email fields for the membership registration.

Private Sponsored Player

1. To purchase this membership for your sponsored player, first create a TidyHQ account, or login to your existing TidyHQ account, using the *Log In* button at the top right of the screen/page. Logging in is the best way for HFNC to accurately track who has sponsored which player.
    
2. Once logged in, select the chosen Sponsored Membership, for example, "2024 Senior Womens Football Player Membership - Sponsored".
    
3. Click Register, and then for Member Selection, select membership for "someone else".
    
4. Fill in the sponsored player details (Player's First Name in First Name field, Player's Last Name in Last Name field, Player's Email Address in Email address field) and pay for the sponsorship using a credit card.
    

Business Sponsored Player

1. To purchase this membership for your sponsored player, first create a TidyHQ account, or login to your existing TidyHQ account, using the *Log In* button at the top right of the screen/page. Logging in is the best way for HFNC to accurately track who has sponsored which player.
    
2. Once logged in, select the chosen Sponsored Membership, for example, "2024 Senior Womens Football Player Membership - Business sponsored".
    
3. Click Register, and then for Member Selection, select membership for "someone else".
    
4. Fill in the sponsored player details (Player's First Name in First Name field, Player's Last Name in Last Name field, Player's Email Address in Email address field) and then you will emailed a tax invoice for payment after some administrative processing to the Sponsor's email address or the Business Invoice Email Address if provided as an alternative.
    
5. If you wish to have your company logo displayed on the TVs in the club next to your sponsored player's photo, email your company logo image file to hfnctidyhq@gmail.com.

Player Instructions

Once you have been sponsored, the club needs a few other details:

• If you need a HFNC club membership card
• If you prefer Email or SMS for club communications
• If you follow HFNC on Social Media

1. To update those details, log in to TidyHQ using the Log In button at the top right of the screen/page using your email address, activating your TidyHQ account if necessary.
    
2. Once you are logged in, at the top right of the screen/page you will now see your first name and a coloured box with your first and last name initials inside it. Click on the box with your initials to see a drop down menu of options.
    
3. Select Contact Profile, and fill in the Custom details.
    
4. Finally, click the Save and Update button at the very bottom of the page to save those details.
