This player membership is for sponsored players for whom their business sponsor requires a tax invoice. The cost of this sponsorship is $561.
Membership purchase instructions for Sponsor
Firstly, to fill in the sponsored player details for the membership, you'll need to know the
- Player's First Name
- Player's Last Name
- Player's Email address
That will be used for the First Name, Last Name and Contact Email fields for the membership registration.
To purchase this membership for your sponsored player, first create a TidyHQ account, or login to your existing TidyHQ account, using the *Log In* button at the top right of the screen/page. Logging in is the best way for HFNC to accurately track who has sponsored which player.
Once logged in, select the chosen Sponsored Membership, for example, "2024 Senior Womens Football Player Membership - Business sponsored".
Click Register, and then for Member Selection, select membership for "someone else". Fill in the sponsored player details and then you will emailed a tax invoice for payment after some administrative processing to the Sponsor's email address or the Business Invoice Email Address if provided as an alternative.
Note, the First Name, Last Name and Contact Email are the details for the sponsored player, not your (the sponsor) details.
If you wish to have your company logo displayed on the TVs in the club next to your sponsored player's photo, email your company logo image file to hfnctidyhq@gmail.com.
The player's sponsor's name will appear on a TV slideshow along side the player's photo in the HFNC club rooms during home games and on Thursday night training.
This player registration payment provides:
- Coverage for insurance
- Subs for affiliation fees
- Physiotherapy / Trainers support at training and game day
- HFNC 2024 Membership

- Club membership card if you do not already have one
- Entry to all 2024 regular season games
- A 10% discount at Sir Henry Barkley’s Hotel Heidelberg when you show your HFNC membership card
