This player subscripton is for a business sponsored mens senior or reserved player for whom the business sponsor requires a tax invoice. The cost of this subscription is $550.
THIS REGISTRATION NEEDS TO BE FILLED OUT BY THE SPONSOR
Firstly, to fill in the sponsored player details for the subscription, you'll need to know the
- Player's First Name
- Player's Last Name
- Player's Email address
That will be used for the First Name, Last Name and Contact Email fields for the subscription registration.
To purchase this subscription for your sponsored player, first create a TidyHQ account, or login to your existing TidyHQ account, using the *Log In* button at the top right of the screen/page.
Once logged in, select the chosen Sponsored Subscription, "2025 Mens Senior and Reserves Subscription - Business Sponsored - $550".
Click Register, and then for Member Selection, select membership for "someone else".
Fill in the sponsored player details and then you will emailed a tax invoice for payment after some administrative processing to the Sponsor's email address or the Business Invoice Email Address if provided as an alternative.
Remember, the First Name, Last Name and Contact Email in the subscription form are the details for the *sponsored player*, not your (the sponsor) details.
The player's sponsor's name(s) will appear on a TV slideshow along side the player's photo in the HFNC club rooms during home games and on Thursday night training.
If you wish to have your company logo displayed on the TVs in the club next to your sponsored player's photo, email your company logo image file to hfnctidyhq@gmail.com.
Player fees payment provides:
- Player club insurance.
- Subs for NFNL affiliation fees.
- Medical support staff & equipment at training and game day.
- 2025 HFNC Membership
Existing HFNC players to receive:
- Game day playing jumper allocated (remains property of HFNC).
· All existing players are required to purchase their own game day socks, a pair of game black shorts, and a pair of game white shorts via the HFNC merch store @ HFNC Store
New 2025 HFNC players to receive:
- Game day playing jumper allocated (remains property of HFNC).
- Game day warm up top
- HFNC Hoodie

2025 HFNC Membership:
- Club membership card if you do not already have one. Note, you do not need a new card if you have one from a past year.
- Entry to all 2025 regular season games.
- A 10% discount at Sir Henry Barkley’s Hotel Heidelberg when you show your HFNC membership card.
